Responsible for the construction of a 900 space parking garage, consisting of spread footings, five levels poured-in-place post-tensioned concrete, three elevators, vehicle bridge and pedestrian bridge. Managed CPM scheduling, cost account recording system of labor and material expenses, daily liaison with designers, WMATA engineers, subcontractors, and local utility companies to eliminate obstacles in the construction schedule.

Telecommunications Project Officer for the construction of two American embassies overseas, responsible for the review of network cabling design, construction, installation and initial operations and maintenance for all classified and unclassified communications transmission systems, information service networks and building automation systems. Provided design reviews of drawings of American embassies to provide constructability comments and to ensure that telecommunications cabling, grounding systems, RF shielding, and electrical systems were designed and installed in strict accord with State Dept. criteria.

Navy Telecommunications Contracts Manager , responsible for INCONUS Navy contracts awarded to AT&T Federal Systems with a primary role to protect AT&T's contractual rights in compliance with the FAR and maintained close liaison with the Navy Telecommunications Command on contractual issues affecting AT&T. Resolve contractual problems at Naval activities, advising AT&T technicians in the proper execution of contracts with the Navy.
Significant achievement: In the first 11 months, identified more than $1 million of additional profits to AT&T, discovered during review of contract documents, and initiated action for AT&T to recoup the money with interest paid.

Assistant Resident Office in Charge of Construction - Managed more than fifty construction contracts valued over at $30 million, managing and technically guiding a team of six engineers, seven construction inspectors, and one engineering technician, executing contracts at five different military bases remotely located throughout the metro Washington, DC area

Director of Facilities Management at a Tropical Disease Medical Research Activity in Egypt. Inspired a staff of 56 Egyptian and 3 American employees to provide quality operations, maintenance, construction and repair of facilities in harsh environment for support of a highly active medical research mission, consisting of 20 buildings on a 2 acre compound leased from the Egyptian government. Facilities consisted of P-3 and P-4 laboratories (the highest level of medical containment), immunological, bacteriological, zoological, and dental research labs, as well as a small in-patient hospital building.
